Terms of Service

1. The service

OnCourts gives clubs and their members tools to book courts, manage schedules and communicate. Each club sets its own rules for membership, bookings, cancellations and eligibility. Those rules apply to you in addition to these terms.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. Your club decides whether to approve your membership and can suspend or remove it. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Bookings

Bookings are subject to your club's rules and availability. Your club may change or cancel bookings, for example for maintenance, events or rule breaches. Membership fees and any charges are agreed directly with your club, not through OnCourts.

4. Health/fitness certificate

Some clubs must keep a valid health or fitness certificate for their players because of local regulations. If your club requires one, you will need to upload it, and your club will need to approve it, before you can book courts. You must keep it valid to continue booking. If your club does not require one, this section does not apply to you.

You confirm that any certificate you upload is genuine, belongs to you and is current. Your club alone decides whether to approve it and whether you may book. OnCourts does not assess anyone's medical fitness.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to post or send anything abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, discriminatory, threatening, fraudulent or illegal, and not to impersonate anyone. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Report abuse to your club or to info@on-courts.com. We, or your club, may remove content and suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

6. Clubs and facilities

Courts, coaching, events and facilities are provided by your club, not by OnCourts. OnCourts is not responsible for injuries, disputes or the condition of club facilities.

7. Availability

We work to keep OnCourts available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OnCourts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by your club's decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will update the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located in the District of Columbia. If you live in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts.
