Delete your OnCourts account

1. How to delete your account

•Open the OnCourts app and sign in.

•Go to Profile → Delete account.

•Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Can't sign in? Email info@on-courts.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account", and we will delete it within 30 days.

2. What is deleted

•Your profile: name, email, phone, address and preferences

•Your upcoming bookings, which are cancelled

•Your open match invites on Courtside

•Your health or fitness certificate, which is removed from your account

3. What is kept

•Past bookings and match results your club needs for its records. Your name and email are removed from them, so they are kept anonymised.

4. Delete some data without deleting your account

Email info@on-courts.com to delete specific data, such as your phone number or certificate.
